Customer policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information collected for bookings, how it is used, and the choices available to customers.
Information we collect
We collect booking and participant information such as name, age, gender, member count, email, phone number, address, facility, date, time slot, and payment status. For long-term bookings, we may collect an uploaded government identity image and derive an age from its date of birth. If a date of birth cannot be read, the configured default booking age may be applied.
Payment information
Online card, UPI, and banking payment details are processed by the selected payment gateway. This website stores transaction references and payment status needed to manage the booking; it does not ask customers to provide card PINs, CVVs, OTPs, or banking passwords to staff.
How information is used
Information is used to create and validate bookings, calculate age-based prices, prevent overbooking, generate receipts and long-term ID cards, send confirmations, provide support, process cancellation or refund requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal or audit requirements.
Sharing
Information may be shared with payment, email, SMS, hosting, and technical service providers only as needed to operate the booking service. It may also be disclosed when required by law or an authorised government authority. We do not sell customer information.
Identity images and retention
Identity images and booking records are restricted to authorised administration functions. Records are retained only for operational, dispute, accounting, audit, or legal needs and are removed or anonymised when no longer required.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted storage, validation, and security monitoring to protect information. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request correction of inaccurate booking information or ask about retention by contacting the complex with your booking ID and registered contact details. Some records may need to be retained where law, accounting, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute requires it.
Cookies
The portal uses necessary cookies for session security, language preference, form protection, and administrator authentication. These cookies are required for core operation.
